To collaborate and co-ordinate with other departments/agencies who are working in the field of skill development. To widen the range of knowledge and understand the social, economic and political systems and creating environmental awareness.  To promote national values and align with national programs.  To promote self-employment and facilitate financial support, including loans for the target group through linkage with credit and consortium membership etc.
